Sekolah ini Konsepnya Keren…Masuk Gan…

Featured Image for This inner-city primary school was cleverly created to encourage biodiversity

Picture your primary school. If you lived in a big city, you might’ve gone to a school that had only a small patch of grass for playtime. Maybe it was all concrete. In the suburbs of Paris, a primary school has been designed to encourage biodiversity, with an ‘elevated landscape’ for students to be introduced to nature in an urban setting.

The unique design comes from Chartier Dalix Architects and features 18 classrooms, a public gymnasium, and a sports facility. A mineral wall connects the two school buildings which has indentations to ‘provide new environments for both vegetation and wildlife’. And at the very top, a garden for students to grow plants. This looks like the kind of school I’d love to have gone to. What a brilliant idea!
